SW Engineering is located in Temecula, California. We are a full-service Civil Engineering company supporting clients throughout Riverside and San Diego Counties. Civil engineering and real estate industry veterans Michael D. Schweitzer and Deborah J. (DJ) O’Grady founded the company in 2007 with a vision of creating the most reliable and best value civil engineering partner in the region. Principals

President
Michael D. Schweitzer, P.E. has more than 12 years of civil engineering experience in residential, commercial, and public land development, design, and project management. Prior to starting SW Engineering, Inc., Michael served as vice president of a large civil engineering firm, and was responsible for overseeing the operations of that company’s Riverside office. He developed a reputation as a creative, insightful, and thoroughly dependable problem-solver.

CEO
Deborah J. (DJ) O’Grady brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in real estate development, office management, banking and finance. She is a results-focused professional with proven leadership and organizational skills. She has a demonstrated ability to strategically align resources with project needs to help ensure the total satisfaction of every client.

Principal
Tracy Santucci, P.E., has over 20 years of progressive management and civil design experience with an emphasis on educational facilities and public works projects. Ms. Santucci graduated from Tulane University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Her diverse professional experience includes supervising public works and Caltrans projects as well as QA/QC Manager for a large engineering firm. In addition to her professional experience, she spent four years on the San Marcos Planning Commission reviewing permit applications ranging from minor business expansions to major subdivisions. This invaluable experience has provided her with a clear understanding of the civil engineering, design and land development process, and has given her the knowledge and background to become a respected leader in the industry.

Director of Marketing
Bree Wong brings with her over 6 years of progressive experience in project coordination, office management, and marketing of professional services. Her dedication is evident by her desire to develop new business relationships and, more importantly, maintain excellent relations with our existing clients. She represents SW Engineering, Inc. through her active participation in Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), American Public Works Association (APWA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW-IE), Business Development Association of the Inland Empire (BDA-IE), and American Institute of Architects (AIA).
